I love the new 3-series. If they ever bring the 335i wagon over here I will have to seriously reevaluate my next new car purchase.

=)

the 335i is so sexy. i'd also like the 335i in a wagon form. i didn't know it had that option. my buddy's 335i w/a catback and a Vishnu tune puts down ~370rwhp on Shiv's dyno (91oct). he tells me it's faster than the current M5 ~ 120mph. that engine is sexy. the 135i has also got my attention, but it's not as practicle as a hatch right now for me.

i have my eye on the 08 sti. i need a wagon to carry my bike now that i may not be living with my roommate for much longer (he normally carries the bikes).

i checked out the 5 door 08 wrx yesterday. it didn't look too bad. i don't like the rear tail lights. i've been thinking about smoking them if i did migrate over to the 08 hatch. right now the tails look like a Toyota Prius.

Unless you're itching for a new car and you really love the 08s, it will probably be better in the short and long-term (and definitely cheaper) to just get a set of racks for your STI. You could either get a hitch setup or a roof setup. sybir has yakima racks on his STI.

To be perfectly honest, I never take them off, but they're designed not to.
