Which Subaru dealer??

Recently I have had a problem with my radiator fan, at which Legacy gt owners are saying that i will need a new ecu to resolve the problem (legacygt.com). I bought my Lgt at senator, but with the experience I recieved with just an oil change, I dont really wanna go back there. Where would you guys recomend going thats close?

Autowest or Matia
Matia was good to me. I told them I had a bad experence with Senator and they rolled out the red carpet for me. Got my rear diff changed. I was very happy with their service.

Matia, Maita, or Miata are all good. Also a member on here works at Autowest.

autowest is great. i had good experiences at maita, but some other members have had bad. hopefully they'll improve when they are not sharing a service department with the hyundai dealership. i think that is a big part of their problem.

To be fair, the issue I had there has sort of been taken care of - the service manager is no longer employed at Maita.

Though I don't know about Senator, and their foremans played a roll in pissing me off too, and I think those guys are still there.

Talk to Kurtis at Maita. Tell him we sent you

Hardy aka Thawa works in the service department, and Chris Jones works in parts now, both are on the clubs (Hardy was a club member before he worked there, but hes just doing the physical labor out in the garage right now )

For the love of GOD, don't go to Senator.

Read my thread on the RS25 forums.... What a nightmare.

all right I think maita it is.... only cause its some what closer to where I live. and yes senator is a real horrbile dealer.... took one of the advisors 15 minutes to come out and ask me if i needed help, while she was doin nothing... and to tell me that I dont need to make and appointment for an oil change.....then I come back the next day and they tell me I cant get in cause I dont have an appointment........ Then they tell me I will be getting a survey and tell me to say that they had good customer service...Hah...

I think she wrote up my case when I took my car there. If we're talking about the same chick, she's a serious *****. They made me sign a waiver when I brought in my car authorizing repair charges if they determined the problems with my car were not to be warrantied.

The older guy standing right next to me, checking in his bugeye sedan for service, didn't have to sign a damn thing
