a crx is a piece of **** 80's styled econobox that wannabe "mad tyte street racers" drive. It is not a nice car, it is not a good car, it is not a good looking car. It is a piece of ****. A piece of **** that is extremely light and happens to be relatively easy to put a stolen integra motor into. That does not make it a nice car. You could weld up a cage with wheels on it & put an integra motor in it and it would run 10's.... who cares.

i dont even like the cars myself, but why rag on them because they go faster than yours for cheaper? ****, i dont even like the new imprezas, i like my old one that runs 11s. why? because its a cool car and a good peice of machinery. have some respect.
i have to go to work now, but enjoy picking up "wimminz" in your psuedo-luxury car.

This is kind of along the same lines as when I saw a turbo'd Pinto rip-off a low 11 second 1/4 mile at Pomona a few years back. The car was well-prepared, painted a tasteful dark silver metallic, and relatively low-key. Considering the ****-poor reputation those cars have to this day, the considerable amount of effort the owner put into it was rather commendable... but many people still considered it to be a piece of ****.
And I'm sure if he came here and poo-pooed our cars in our own club in an effort to make his look better by comparison, he would get the beatdown just the same! :rotfl:
