lol, class really boring today?

 

LOL. Thats sad but true.

 

yes. 35 hours of class in a week has fried me, but earlier we covered cron (job scheduling) and now we're covering printing through AIX. Next is simple networking stuff within the O/S, so that will be cool, but this part sucks.

 

you'll manage... its not the end of the world lol, wow I am really bored...

 

I've got another week (next week) of it too

No biggie, I'm outta here in about an hour and the weekend begins.

Well, gotta sign off. Networking is beginning - we're starting with the OSI model, joy!!

 

No fair!~ I'm not even at work yet and you'll be home. And I might be working this weekend, too. Blah!

 

sonicsuby - what school you go to?

 

I was going to Sac State for a while, but I took a year off, and then the budget cuts happened and I can't go back till next year.

I've been in class this week next week for work. The class is put on by a company called M/UX and they're a primary training provider for IBM. Their classes prep you for certification exams, which is pretty cool - I might be able to take the AIX admin cert test in a couple weeks

 

Lemme know when you're back at sac state I'll probably be attending grad school there next year after I graduate this year.
