I guess a normal person goes in and out of deep sleep 3 times or so a night, while a person with Sleep Apnea will go in and out of deep sleep hundreds of times an hour! Makes sense why a person would always be tired, and be bad for them.
My dad said it took about a week to get used to. He got the super quiet model with a humidifier. You can barely hear it and any noise it makes is white noise anyway, so if anything it helps him and my mom to sleep.

His cousin has one also and he lost a ton of weight right after he first got his, too. I think that helps a lot also with the apnea in both their cases.

Why are they losing weight from it? Just because they are getting the right amount of sleep and they are healthier?

I don't remember why, but is very common to see weight loss when you first start to use it. Probably something to do with proper sleep and oxygen helping metabolism.

Warehouse work during the day, deliver pizza (in a nice neighborhood) at night. Easy money.
