What under hood mods do you have?
for a while Hondas were like this. Nobody viewed them as a performance car. Things caught on and so did the law. The aftermarket started making legal stuff.
When I got my STi I couldn't beleive the stuff you guys were getting away with. It was lawless. We either need more stealth mods or CARB approved mods.

ive taken left turns at the posted speed (40-45) at intersections and realized a cop was behind me, only to have him completely ignore me and go tail some civic. i even have the DBtuned stickers on my car and melon cannons out the back... no attention whatsoever.
i love it. besides, specB has underrated hp (closer to 270 than 240) at the crank. the LGT with AP, swaybars, and new tires is totally different machine.

my total so far invested in handling? cobb sways and endlinks 700, sti springs 300, falken 615's about 500, front strut brace 130(?).
it sticks like **** too. plus... i gots leather, mmmmmmmm

I've got a downpipe and exhaust and an arc front mount which I was going to swap out to a perrin front mount that was all black with black piping when Paul put my new turbo in, but even though that maybe "stealth"-I think I'm still going to run into problems, just due to the fact that right now, Im getting pulled over for having an exhaust.
