So ATT is pissin' me off...
And I decided to send everyone this link so we can shoot 'em with mail and/or phone calls about their horrible service... this is just sad.

And since ATT's site is confusing to navigate I found the residential spot and no #'s of yours will be used. So you can freely mail 'em without ur #'s being put down

we have their DSL and it is the WORST EVAR!
they've been having trouble with our line for over 8 months.
it's somehting to do with the DSL service on our street.
last night i FINALLY got enough "complaints" on record (about one call a week for the past 3 months for the same problem) to get them to send a service tech out to check the lines.
then they have the nerve to up our monthly rate to $5 more/month.
and try to tell us they're not refunding the cost.
we filed a BBB.org complaint.
if they suck enough and can't resolve it, they need to be publicly called on it.
you should file a BBB complaint also if they're sucking for you too.

Well no, since I live in Sacramento.
But these people aren't telling At&t to not pay their pills. They're asking for a postponement after insurance, and for At&t not to allow that is pretty horrible service.
Natural disasters can happen anywhere. If you think about something happening that you lost your house where you are, at least a postponement for some of the services you think would be viable by such a big company.
I mean the company will get their cash either way. I just don't understand them ruining people's credit along the way without a postponement for insurance coverage, etc.
