Man, I hate when people don't feel like they're getting the level of service they want and they try to jack you by copying 5 friggin people on an email bashing you. I especially hate it when they're saying I didn't do something I did in fact do.
I love it when they're wrong and I own them.
This guy asked me to contact him yesterday, so I emailed him asking him for his information to do this client setup we sometimes do. He emails this whole group of people today saying I never contacted him and that I'm holding up the process. So I responded to the whole group saying I emailed him yesterday and he didn't respond and I attached the email I sent yesterday morning as proof.
We'll see how that plays out
