Wow... back/shoulders day.... I figured if bi/tri ****ed me yesterday, this should be beyond interesting....

I decide to start off with some lats, start off at a light weight... Arm didn't really hurt, so i did a warm up set... then went up to some real weight. Did 4 sets of 10, no problems so far....

Switch off to shrugs... decide to just start with some 60's... grab the weight.... HOLY **** that hurt, i almost dropped the 60lb weight because of my arm... I do a few, put the weight down... stretch my wrist out... grab the 60's... no pain.... 70's... no pain... 80's no pain.... 90's no pain... I didn't hear another word from my arm the entire work out was able to get a real work out in, and ride on the bikes.... We will see how it feels later tonight/tmrw
