people getting together at the pizza hut/taco bell on sunrise in fair oaks.
looked and sounded like a built WRB STi and then a sonic yellow bug eye sedan with gunmetal rims and HID's, WRB bug eye sedan, and a stock looking silver 04 sedan.

this morning at 11 i followed a black bug eye wagon from polker onto don julio. looked like you had tbe, fmic, rims, im betting an upgraded turbo, lowered, and sti fog covers. as i passed you turning onto antelope, i threw a peace sign, couldnt see if you threw one back because of your tint, but you sure did pass through that intersection in a hurry.
at around 1:30ish wrb bug eye wagon at the intersection of roseville parkway and taylor road. had a pink "i" badge. some chick was driving it.
