Was it a blobeye? theres an 04/05 black STi in the area dropped with exhaust. I'm not sure about wheels but it sure does sound nice.

I'm always seeing you off of elk grove blvd, or you'll drive through the neighborhood nd see me there on the corner doing something to the subie or something like that. haha. Richard lives in the area too and he has another psm wrx but his isn't lowered but has a blitz nur spec.

Lol. Iono. Everytime I see one of you two both of you are sayin wsup.
Cars are almost identical. I always see a black 04/05 STi lowered with exhaust but not sure if they have flaps, but I think he has stock wheels. You might have seen my car around. PSM hawkeye with tint all around, no side skirts. 04/05 tails Trust exhaust and a Chargespeed Bottomline type 2replica lip. Have an Illest sticker on my trunk and a I <3 my scooby sticker on the rear window.

The one I seen off laguna had some wheels unless he had some wheel spacers to make them look hella flush..
Seen a black 04/05 subie on elk grove blvd.. Waves/nods exchanged.. Made a right into the golden one plaza off of bruceville while I kept going straight.. If your on here.. Your passenger side rear taillight is out

spotted silver hawkeye sti /w black wheels turning left onto laguna from laguna springs at around 5:30. If I wasn't in the wife's car you would have been looking right at my pink stickers.

1) ~8pm opposite side of rd by Fry's in Roseville. White hawk eye.
2) silver bug eye mud guards, exhaust, duces exchanged driving south on HW 80 in roseville
