^ yupp.. closer to work and school; and something i could actually own and maybe make some profit from down the road. all so that i could one day own an ej 2.7 track monster 
I'm looking to rent a house too (maybe buy it later). I live off 80 and Antelope, right behind Raley's. My current roommate i so crazy, doesn't want any of my friends visiting me (He thinks they'll still his junk) not to mention working on car. So i have to say bye soon, just looking for a right place

TO THE SILVER BUGEYE ON ELKHORN AT 10ISH LAST NIGHT
Looked like a tall asian looking dude. Silver bugeye with exhaust and wrx wing. Pulled up to the stoplight together, I gave you the nod.
I was in the blue 06 wrx with black rims driving with my wife down elkhorn towards sunrise. You drove up to me and kept flooring it trying to get me to race. The street was very congested and you cut off many people as well as almost rear ended that acura tl trying to impress me. I think you should cool it bro

if you are first time buyer look into the $8k from the feds that you can apply towards the down payment. save some $$ up, (10% is all you need) and buy a home! cheaper than renting and you own it, help the economy and work on your car in ur undies while drinking .

yeah man; been lookin around that area, lots of homes available; short sales and bank repos... from 130k to $150ish.
