was driving between cameron park and placerville and spotted a WRB wingless WRX sedan on Green Valley Rd. in front of me.

lowered, exhaust and wheels...and a FLAT REAR TIRE>!

hopefully you noticed it before you got any further than the Gallery where you pulled off.
I tried to slow down to yell over and let you know before you went any further but you pulled into the parking lot too quickly.

i saw a guy in a 1990 or so legacy wagon with exhaust on lead hill in roseville... sped up to catch up to me then waved... your car sounded great!
