WRB 05 WRX w/ blingin FMIC and cockeyed front license plate on Folsom Blvd (in Folsom) at 4:10pm this afternoon. Driver was yacking on his cell phone and checking himself out in the mirror.
Then I saw an 04 WRB wagon with Gold Torques parked in front of the Kelly Moore store on Blue Ravine & Bidwell in Folsom.

Silver SRT-4 on I-80 this morning. It looked like it could have been dz, but the car was too fast for me to catch up to and get a better look.
