saw a black 02/03 wrx today around at 1:30pm on I5 south with black/polished lip rims, exhaust(hks i think), black out oem headlights, lower, aftermarket taillights, STi carbon fiber wing, rear lip (no front lip i think) and australian oem side skirts... you took pocket road exit... i was the 02 black wrx in front of you...

 

GREEN, that's right, green bug eye Wagon diving on Greenback towards Fair Oaks from Sunrise around 3:45ish... looked like it had painted STI solid fog light covers... female driver

Probably a Impreza TS, stock color and stock foglight covers for that model. Did you notice a hood scoop?

If he's got a scoop, it's aftermarket. TS's had 15" steel wheels, and are the only new-age cars to come in any sort of green.

 

I'm still gonna guess its just a TS. The thing about Impreza's (esp. wagons for some reason) is that you see them so often with a hoodscoop, you might not even notice when its missing.

Except for the hoodscoop, you described a TS to a t (even the female driver part, I've rarely seen a guy drive a TS).

 

Might be possible to own a green WRX outside of the U.S.
