What's a CVCC?

Google is telling me it's some JDM Hotness. . . So I'm assuming just a crappy civic?

CVCC= Compound Vortex Controlled Combustion. it was Honda's way of keeping the first generation Civics, Accords and Preludes emissions compliant (in the US) without running catalytic converters. CVCC engines were only used in 70's eras Hondas, all of which were carbureted.

no problem. the old CVCC hondas were never the greatest cars made, but they were still a blast to drive. my dad bought one brand new in '79, and he owned it up to about three years ago when he finally had to sell it (was having big electrical problems, and he was moving). it's too bad, cause i would love to have that car today.

Walk out and sure enough, two kids are sprinting away from an old CVCC that didn't make the corner.

The kid who was a passenger came back and gave me his info
driver was nowhere to be fond.......even though he lives like a block or two away....heh.

CHP towed his ****box, looks like I get to test AAA's attack dog skills.
Toll is at: hatch, bumper, JDM center lights.

The rear of the wagon is......not happy.
**** dude, i didn't even see that. no wonder all the talk about the CVCCs all of a sudden! i'll keep an eye out for another JDM center section for you, but i haven't seen one sold seperately in a while.

No worries, I lucked out on a full set and have it in the mail already so I can just have the body shop toss it on with the new hatch.

Center section is demolished. Once I figure out what I'll need to do on the corners (I should end up with 2 sets of red/clear outers since my original outers weren't touched) I'll let you know.

cool dude. the center section isn't all that important (remember, i have that panel spoiler to cover it up). no hurries, just whenever you have everything figured out, if you feel like you want to sell just let me know.
