just because you paid someone who also happens to be involved in a certain type of racing/motorsports/etc. does not mean the build is to said specs or even level of quality.

i worked at a local premier engine builder, who built engines for all sorts of motorsports (professional & amateur), but just because a customer came to us w/ a wad of cash, didn't mean that the engine was built even remotely similar to a purpose built engine for racing.
and nothing prevented said customer from installing that engine into a shopping cart or Pinto.

You're gonna rally-x that? You either have too much disposable income, or you're severely misguided because you're going to do not nice things to those lovely FRP body panels.

I am going to make some carzy inerfenders for that reason and also run some custom mud flaps. As for other damage to the frp parts fiberglass is one of the easyest things to fix (if you ever played with it you know it is just as easy as puting paper mache on a balloon but I am sure you guys knew this also as far as disposable income....I wish. I prity much did all this by fixing cars and selling them and also working alot of overtime at my last job.

by the way spell check

i design a LOT of fiberglass parts... parts that would make those boxed fenders look like childs play. it's not quite that easy to fix.

how thick are they? are they chopper gun or hand lay up? are they infused? what's the resin percentage?

you need to know all of that if you want to fix it, and even then it won't be as good as new unless you're a professional fiberglass repair person.

sorry I am not an frp god but I do know how to make it look like it sould. I am not out to have a show car I want a usable car. no point of having a car just sit there and look good. I am not a pro but I have done alot of repars on frp dunebuggys and have worked alot with my buddy on surfboards. let me guess you do car audio? I think it is funny that you all feel the need to attack my car. it puts a smille on my face
