What are you going to do to push out the rear wheels?

Oh, and you need new wheels.

Cool.

Are you planning to rally the car?

didn't know bondo/evercoat/fiberglass was part of building space to hold fenders on... Coulda sworn they used whole panels... Lighter the better.

Glad to see your spelling has picked up and come up to par with the rest of the world. It actually helps in reading your posts.

However, it does seem a bit silly and 'all over the place' with the mods you've shown and your wants from the car....but hey... This coming from the kid with a WRX mini truck.

This car looks like, when done, could be a great carpet time attack(hey..its the new drift) car.

Offset is computed from the centerline of the wheel, not the inner lip.

You'll want to go with a lower offset wheel, and wider. It'll look pretty good.

I would be afraid the bondo would crack and fall off from hitting a pothole, much less rallying the car...

I would guess that this is held im place with double sided body molding tape? Did you get the same stuff used by SWRT for this build?

Wow, the fit and finish on this project are just.... not there at all.

yes the car is going to be set up like a rally car (street and dirt) I really wanted something that will do well on bumpy paved roads and also be able to do some rally-x. I don't really go to the track that much and I live in the middle of nowhere. as for fit and finish the rear fenders and back bumper are not bolted on yet (you drill into the frp and then flex the rear bumper to match it) The body of the car is not even close to being done there is less then 1/8" of bondo on the car it is going to be used only for finish when the car gets painted. as for hot eh kit was installed first the kit was glued on by 3m apoxie and then frp to mold the body parts to the car. (fiberglass will hold to metal and it is very strong and flexible I think you already know that though) and yes just about ever car in the X-games used this kit and installed it the same way or with only the 3m. I just went overboard and also fiberglassed the parts on as well for extra strength.

you've obviously done your research... 500whp goals with disks that actually hurt your stopping distance should be fun.
