Oh, fun, I just got my "Flood insurance is now required in your area" mailer. Originally, I thought we were told that if you already had flood insurance, your premiums wouldn't change. This mailer says I'll get to keep my preferred policy rate for the next year, then it will go up to standard policy rates :\ ****ers.
