Got my letter today from Placer County Traffic court for a ticket that I unjustly received inJULY!!
That's right, after 5 mother****ing months, it's over, and I'm completely vindicated on all two charges!!
Count One: Driving without a valid licence in posession.
Inno-****ing-cent!!!
Count Two: 80+ mph in a 65mph zone.

haha, i got a ticket in april and i got the ticket and traffic school info 5 months later. "court systems were backed up"

I think the second one was because another car called CHP and told them he was speeding over 80+
The CHP officer didn't clock or pace him but did pull him over and gave him the ticket

As I saw the officer get onto I 80 at the HWY 193 interchange, I checked my speed...72mph.
He follows me for about 3 miles...all the while I'm doing 70-72mph...and lights me up as I'm exiting at Elm Street.
He asked if I knew why he was pulling me over, and I replied with, "Speeding!"
He then asked if I knew how fast I was going, and I replied, "I now exactly how fast I was going. How fast do you think I was going?"
"A concerned citizen said you were doing +80mph and was weaving in/out of traffic, starting back at t
Truxel."
He asks for my licence, registration, insurance.
I hand him everything but my licence, as it was at home.
As the nice officer is looking over my paperwork, I asked him again how fast he determined that I was going.
"A concerned citizen said you were doing +80mph and was weaving in/out of traffic."
"Well, wouldn't mean that theconcerned citizen was speeding as well?"
He then asked for my DL number & asked if my record was clean, before heading back to his car.
I can see that he's calling all my info in and, after it comes back clean, he returns to my car.
"Yup.You're good...hold on a moment....(a car honks it's horn while driving past us)...That was the concerned citizen making a positive ID on you're car...sit tight for a moment."
After a few minutes, the officer returns with a ticket; No DL in pocession & +80mph.
I asked just how the concerned citizen could've ID'ed my car with the CHP cruiser blocking clear view of the Licence plate?
I asked just how he determined my speed. Was it RADAR? Did you pace me?

"Have a great day, officer!" I exclaimed after taking the ticket from him.
Now then, I waited until the last to go ask for an extension to file my trial by written declaration stuff.
I wrote up my side of the story, and that's that.

I would have taken him to court and have him testify that he did not witness the crime, since the "concerned citizen" would have to show up to testify as well
