Recent sightings
Girl with the Blue STi in Granite Bay/Roseville area. Seen her a few times in the morning. Usually around Folsom-Auburn Rd. or Douglass. No wave. Wonder if she can spell Subaru?
Black RS w/Gold rims - turning onto Howe, looked like you were leaving the Sac State campus area. Caught you driving away. Who is this?
Blue RS (98-99) w/Gunmetal rims, V5 wing, carbon hood, in the Sac State parking lot. See this one parked every now and then. Who?
Black RS, on 50 near Watt. Gave the wave
Silver RS with SPT sticker on bumper and triple gauge pod over the center dash. Spotted in Folsom around my apartments. Who is this??
Blue WRX on Bidwell at Blue Ravine... exchanged a wave
...and of course, too many stockish WRXs to count, daily.

weird spotting...
merged onto I-80 East at E St onramp and see this cool looking black STI creeping up on me. it is one of the few places in Sac with a sloped twistie that I can go flying up so I was readily approaching 80. the car came up right alongside but had tinted front windows. after he passes me, i pull up behind him. pretty much stock STI (but it did have a decal on the front windshield) with WA plates.
It merges over one lane so I am thnking, "hey, STI owners aint all that bad!" i come up alongside it, thumb ready for some luv, and nothing... not even a passing glance. btw, it was an older lady so i am thinking that she was borrowing her son's car and was tired of getting crept on by all / most car enthusiasts
