I just had an Old School moment.

Got a phone call about a technical question regarding a licensee's license. After I responded, I realized I had no idea what I just said, but the licensees thanked me for helping them understand something that had been confusing them.

Food for though.

One of the neat changes that happened in 2008 was bolted in wheel bearings. The bearings bolt to the knuckles instead of being pressed in like the previous generation.

What are the odds that the STi wheel bearings (5x114) will bolt on to the WRX knuckles?

Welcome to 2005. You need to get specific parts but going to 5x114 this way is pretty common - LIC even used the modular approach to ease front knuckle conversions on GDA's. Legacy bearings were modular starting in 2005.
