What I have seen some folks do is get the 3 gauge pod and put 2 gauges in and then a round clock that looks like a gauge in the third slot.
Or just make your life easy and buy this:

You'll get 16+ gauges for the same price 3 really good gauges and a pod would cost you. Plus it has a clock feature. You can put this in the dash or the clock pod.
There is also an ECUtek version which allows you to do user tuning if it is turned on via your reflash (currently not turned on for STi's):

Says it can display EGT if the ECU has it. Sooooo... the STi doens't support that right?
