thanks. plan on getting this al done tomorrow morning so i can start modding again!

 

after a month, i finally went to court. judge was kind enough to lower my fine from $400 to $245. all of this was an interesting experience.

a few things i have learned from this:
- never go to las positas college for state ref
- violation 27156(b)vc mod emissions is not a fix-it ticket even though the officer might mark it as one.
- make sure car is completely stock before going to state ref
- you have to pay to play

p.s. has anyone heard of a baffle/silencer being able to help cars magically pass smog? i'm not sure if the judge was referring to the 95db law, but he brought it up for my mod emission case. just wondering if anyone knew about this. haha
