I need to double check fitment on a subframe im making. the ones i've made have been based on the vehiclei was making it for. but now i want to make a jig so i can make them without having the vehicle present. i suspect the unibody might be tweaked on my 06 sti. so i was hoping someone with some spare time could stop by and i could mock up some pieces just to double check the clearances.

If you want to toss it up on a lift, I don't mind running my car by, but I'm running an ALK so my stock subframe is on spacers.

 

I also need to borrow an STi. Please meet me outside the BOFA in Elk Grove at exactly 4:52pm. If I'm not out front, please keep the engine running. kthnx.

 

all i need to do is take it off or just unbolt the front portion so it hangs off the frame then bolt in my mounting points and check to see if the pieces i've cut and notched fit correctly on both sides. i dont have a lift so it would be jacked up and on jackstands. it would really only take half an hour. heres a pic to show what i need to check on for what i've been making. its basically just the front half of that piece.
