I think it's the most almost-dangerous intersection in Sac, just like the Meadowood Mall parkign lot might be the most almost-dangerous place in Reno. We always see tons of near-misses at meets in both places but so far, no rubbin-is-racin comment chances.

I think Watt ave(between 80 and 50) is pretty dangerous. People are always speeding. I've seen 3 accidents down Watt ave and one homeless dude running around naked.
