Can anybody tell me why the iTunes installer conflicts with Outlook?

Also, sucks to be back in the office after a week on the beach.

 

I ****ing LOVE when users **** their computers up, try to fix their own **** instead of sending it to me like I tell them to, make it worse, and then demand you tell them why their computer is not working. I need to get out of desktop support...

 

What are you doing in desktop support? Aren't you like a manager?

rebooting didn't help. What do I do now? Will reformatting the C: drive help? Can't I just un-corrupt the corrupted files? /sarcasm.

Its easy to uncorrupt files. Just change all the 0s that are supposed to be 1s to 1s. And vice versa. How much more simple could it get?
