Yeah pretty much. 949 Racing is having 15x10 and 15x11 wheels made to run some crazy Maxxis and Hoosier race tires.

 

Miata kids be like, "We can fit it."

 

Ha not so much. They basically tell you you'll have to cut the fenders and add flares to fit them. Emilio runs them on his crazy racecars.

 

Some ****-for-brains flat-bill near us drives a bucket slammed and all cambered out (not too unlike the one in the video) with red, black and white "camouflage" with a big "Offset Kings" banner covering the front windshield..


On stock wheels.


Biggest piece of **** Miata I've seen, and that bar is set pretty high. Or low. Whatever.

 

The rims and tires are worth more then the car itself...

Worst I've seen was the NA6 Jen's Uncle's step son bought... Clapped out no exhaust, primer gray missing lights interior trashed, and what wasn't trashed was stripped because it was damaged. Top duck taped. Beer tap handle for a shift **** because his other shifter broke. Made me so sad to have a Miata too

I think of my Miata as a piece of ****, but then see things like that and I quickly realize mine isn't so bad.
