progressive - $1200/6months
  1. $300,000 for injury/death to one person.
  2. $600,000 for injury/death to more than one person.
  3. $150,000 for damage to property.

plus i have separate personal liability insurance

i wised up after the crash... my ER bills topped out a lil over 50k and i was only in there for 2 hours.

i figure worst case: full minivan = ****load of liability

I have the maximum coverages allowed by Allstate. I don't want to lose my home because some dumbass doesn't know how to drive and I crash into him.

Your home is an investment (except for those idiots that over leverage themselves) and potentially a large part of your retirement portfolio. One crash in the real world could be a lot worse than a stock market crash.
