You'll need a 6-speed. And a bugeye.

Past that, I dunno.

EDIT: Oh, and a DCCD controller, unless that guy just wants it set in auto mode (which isn't a bad thing, really).

I don't know if this is the one, but any time anyone ask about insurance, I always think about "The General". They are probably the worst insurance company in the world...
