Oh, and I think something was out to get me today. Or at least test me to see if I'm ready.

I'm riding on Del Paso to Powerline Rd. Apparently in the five months since I stopped riding, people have started harvesting honey on the road sides. So a bee flew in to my helmet. That was exciting. Then I get on to Garden Hwy, and not only am I fighting a major headwind, but I nearly hit a snake. I feel bad for pooing on him :\.

Anyway, I did 10.13 miles @ 14.9 avg, which isn't too bad considering I haven't ridden outdoors in so long and there was a ton of wind.

I'll say this though, my leg is tired :\
I was just giving you crap, man. g/j

I can't believe you are back up and riding already.

Can you say liability waiver? I'm sure that if the network promises to pay for any injury treatment they will have no problem getting contestants to acknowledge they are doing something inherently risky to their bodies and that the network is not responsible for any damages. Just like NFL players can't sue anybody for their blown out joints.

WOW!! Talk about bad timing.

From what I understand CA may be freezing ARM rates that are about to adjust for 5-7 years to curb foreclosures..

lame. that's something that the market needs to decide on it's own.

i have no pity for people who put themselves in that situation...
