lolz. So I'm sitting here at home and suddenly I get dropped off the VPN. I look and see I'm no longer connected to my wireless network. I'm thinking "****in a, I was so happy with this router and now it's dropping me just like my old one." I open up the wireless networks and do a search for networks to try and reconnect to mine.

Odd, nothing found. That can't be right, there's like 10 networks around my house. I reset my laptops wifi, still nothing. I'm like wtf, when I look up and notice my ceiling fan isn't spinning anymore. Oh..power outage. I didn't notice because my laptop obviously has a battery in it so when power dropped, it didn't, and the stereo I'm listening to has an internal battery too, so the music just kept playing like nothing had ever happened .

Now I'm extra glad I stayed home today. I'm cooking my curry for dinner in the crock pot, which was turned off by the power outage. Dinner would have had much fail tonight if I weren't here to restart it.
