its cause your throat has to much **** in it.... also, sinus infection are often viral, you need something to dry out your sinuses like a desert to kill that crap. no mucus = no inflammation = no problem

I have heard flushing your sinuses out with saline works wonders.... weird sensation but i have talked to a couple people that swear by it. Go to rite-aid & buy a bottle of saline & just squirt half a bottle up each nostril.

I wouldnt do it except for extreme cases but i think blowing blood every morning qualifies.

It flushes all the crap out of your sinusues & at the same time disinfects & drys it out a bit

You could actually be puking your guts out from your hacking up of lungs, and I still wouldn't care nearly as much as I do about the 5 hours of sleep I lost last night.

antihistamines probly wouldnt, a saline rise way up in that ***** (lean your head back off the bed, like when i throat **** you) and let it settle for a while. itl get allot of the gunk out and help **** dry. nasal steroids wont do dick if they cant get all up in there.
