As a "new" poster here I say don't change anything. It's like illegal immigrants coming to the U.S. expecting everyone to speak Spanish... F that. I think instead of teling everyone else to be soft there should just be an unsaid rule, that if anyone get's into it with someone, that they go at it alone no vouching. Continue letting every member sink or swim, if a new member is soft and cries about getting eninja worked, than let him leave. You don't want cry babies here anyway.
