besides the tech thread, and vladi hazing how is it any different now then ever before? As long as i've been on iclub people have constantly tried to get a rise out of the newbies, then the ones who can't take it leave... the ones who can stick around and realize that no one really cares they are more just doing what they do to get a rise out of you... I got it, Furley... Then we have the ones like snotr0d who bring it upon themselves and deserve it

The fact that it's been like this for so long is the root of the problem. We've all been part of it Now everyone who went through takes it upon themselves to haze the new guys, and it's turning the board to ****; it's all flaming with nothing constructive becuase every single thread degenerates into name-calling and mom jokes and hurt feelings from new guys who don't know that people are testing them to see if they can stand up to all the **** being flung.

Someone shouldn't have to run a gauntlet to post on a local board. It's not cool, and I'm *asking* you guys to grow up a little and not be dicks to the new guys........that's it. Is it really that complex?
