So I get this notice in the mail the other day that the terms on one of my credit cards is about to change. In the fine print it says the the APR will go up from 9.99 to 11.99............unless I opt out in within about two weeks. WTF is that? I can only imagine the majority of their customers not even paying attention and this happening to them.
