You may want to take a closer look at the bolded entries.

Seriously, so your CPU isn't spiking at all? Just choppy music and slow overall? Right-click My Computer and go to Properties, what's it show for the CPU speed?

hey gt35 did you try the spyware scan in safemode? also try playing the music in safemode. that will show if its something running or maybe a hardware problem

well it's def something else, cuz even the mouse gets all hoppy when u move it across the screen

There's the problem, it's running in Higagertz...you maye want to switch it to Gigahertz mode in the BIOS.

Is it supposed to have a clock speed of 1.7?
