Ok.. What could cause a computer to go stupidly slow...

I ran adware, cleaned everything, virus scan nothing...

Can't even play MP3's cuz it's all choppy

my feet hurt so bad, i just had a hard time walking to the fridge to get water. i guess its almost bedtime.

Is your processor spiking in the task manager? Check your BIOS to make sure the processor speed is still set correctly. I've had a problem in the past.

it is like whenever i open anything it OVER thinks it, and makes it choppy for a second... but if i don't do much activity it's perfect...
