Because there aren't many tools that cut titanium and most ER's can't afford the ones that do. So the doctor is left with cutting off something easier... like your finger!

Yeah no ****e "the one ring"...
In the land of Mordor, in the fires of Mount Doom, Woman forged, in secret, a master ring, to control all others. And into this Ring, she poured her cruelty, her malice and her will to dominate all life.

well I spend 400 on tires I burn though in 6 months, and loads of money on useless crap I wish I would have never bought.
1200 on ring doesn't sound that bad, considering she'll wear it the rest of her life(if all goes well)
plus it's just money, until you run out!

1200 was just the wedding band... it's the engagement ring that costs the big bucks.
but you are correct. for the money some of us spend / have spent on cars, a nice ring is pretty reasonable. my turboback cost more than the wedding band i bought.

I don't know where you got that info at. I WISH I was paying that little. Actually, I just wish my company did reimbursement at the beginning of the semester like they did in the past. I'll get this money back in June or so.
Anyways, the tuition at Sac State is done as a flat fee - x amount for 6.0 units or less, and x amount for 6.1 or more.

I'm not sure how much her wedding band will be. She just wants something real simple. In fact, we were at Zales last week and she didn't want the sparkly stuff, which we can afford, she wanted something with maybe one diamond in it, but more likely none. I love her.
