Right now I'm doing my data analysis homework. In a little bit I'm going to make .. uh .. breakfast. Then it's off to meet with my group for our speech that is due Thursday. When I get home I'll be finishing up my management communications assignment. Yay for weekends.

Nice. I usually cycle my hangovers away. By mile 3 I'm generally not feeling sick anymore

Oh, one thing of plans I forgot - if I have time I'm going to install the Rosetta Stone software I purchased yesterday and get my espanol on.

If you ever want to learn Sign, or if your PJ21026 and need more practice, just go here: http://www.aslpro.com/cgi-bin/aslpro/aslpro

Sign language would be cool to learn too. The main reason I'm doing spanish right now is because I (like many other students) was lied to by my high school, which told me that two years of foreign language was sufficient for the foreign language requirement in the CSU program. It's really three years required in high school, which means that I now have to get to the 1B level of spanish (or the foreign language of my choice) in order to satisfy the foreign language GE requirement. Since I took my foreign language in .. well, 1994, I don't really remember any of it. I'm hoping that the rosetta stone software will get me either to Spanish 1b level (so I can skip 1A and save a semester), or get me to the point of being able to pass the challenge exam and save me two semesters. We'll find out in the Fall :\

I didn't listen to my HS, I just wanted to graduate HS, not concerned with meeting the CSU requirements. I had the option of 1 year of foreign language or 2 years of art. In my 4 years of HS I took: fine art, drama, drafting 1 & 2, medal shop, wood shop, photo, "crafts", and ceramics.

After 7 years when I decided that college would be a good thing, I still needed to learn a foreign language: I took sign because I didn't want to write any essays. How do you write essays for an unwritten language? You don't, you’re stuck giving speeches in front of your peers.
