Yeah I wish... Beach Hut is no more, unfortunately. I thought everyone got that memo. This oil is coming from a place I work as a chef.

Nope, its got a kit and everything.

This Merc used to be bio-diesel too, before it got converted to run on veggie oil. This thing has hippie in its DNA.

So wait, why doesn't your sister like it anymore?

Could it be because of the hassle for someone not in the restaurant industry to get oil? I don't have that problem.

Yes, that was actually the main complaint. She also gave me a list of restaurants in Placerville that I shouldn't eat at The other being that for the last 4 years now, she leaves the country for 6 months and barely needs to use the thing.
