Hey all, I updated my earlier post, but here it is again.

Here are the menu's in PDF.
please "right click save as"

http://home.comcast.net/~n.sanso/mm-menu1.pdf
http://home.comcast.net/~n.sanso/mm-menu2.pdf

For the pre-orders, please list what you want food wise, we need to start the check #'s at 50 , format as below:

#50- (your last name) - one #2 and one #5
#51- ( next persons last name ) - etc etc etc

thanks guys... we need to get this done as soon as possible, so if mike would be kind enough to list them in a table above that would be great....

What about appetizers?

When are they going to put this order in?

Are they going to throw a fit if we have a few people who aren't on this list and show up to dinnner anyway?

appitizers we can order at the time when we get there, and I am sure if there are a few who dont pre-order it will be fine, they are looking for the bulk of the orders to be done like this.
Basically the idea being that they usually do this for large parties, we have just always walked in so to speak rather than actually reserving the room. This time we are going about it the right way to make sure that room is ours, hence the normal procedure.

I'll modify the first post.

Everyone:
Please PM me with your orders so this doesn't grow into a giant mess. I'll assign and post your order numbers in the first post next to each name. Make sure you write it down as that's how you'll get your food.

I made reservations last night for 25, but we can always add more. I specifically requested the room with the pool table, but this manager would not guarantee the room like they did last time. Maybe Kristina can pull some strings for us?

Also, this guy (Jeff) said we did not have to pre-order since we were not doing a signed-contract type party. Nate, can you double check?

So here's the dealio:

We do not have to do the pre-order thing. That is only required if you are signing a contract for a large party and you guarantee $500 in food and beverage. Since we had 32 people last time and ended up with a $508 bill including tip, and since we're only at 22 people right now, we are not going this route.

We have reserved the room, but do not get exclusive use of it. Of course who in their right mind would want to eat in there with us?

Reservations are confirmed for 8pm.
Meet at the Natomas site at 6pm as usual, leave at 6:30pm for my house, arriving at 7pm, or thereabouts.
If anyone wants to skip Natomas and come straight to my place, feel free to come by after 6pm. If you need directions, send me a PM. I'll post my phone number on Friday.
Anyone who wants to drink some more after dinner is welcome to come by my house. Please plan on brining your own alcohol / beer.

My house is literally 2 blocks away and weather cooperating, we will just walk to dinner.
