I feel you on the 'more enjoyable' part. I loved riding last year when I was in shape, these first few weeks of riding, while still fun, have been full of a lot of pain.

 

first time, no. This time, yes. I don't think it got any worse, but it still def. hurt from wednesdays adventure

 

maybe use some magic fairy dust (gold bond) on the boys too?

 

It'll get better. Your junk has to toughen up some before it stops hurting. Took me a couple long spins to get past it. Now..no problems. If you continue to have problems though, look in to Bag Balm. I see ads for that in the mags all the time and it seems to be popular.

edit: and Russ is right - use the power of the magic elves when you're not riding and it will heal up the tenderness.
