Am I failing to see, or did you forget to mention, any damages caused by the Lexus owner?

Any interference with the owner's (or a legal tenant's) use of the property is a sufficient showing of damage and is a civil wrong (tort) sufficient to form the basis for a lawsuit against the trespasser by the owner or a tenant using the property."
Weren't you the one interfering with the Legal Tenant's "use of the property"?

But now I have to ask, do people pay extra in rent for these reserved spots or does each Apartment get X number of reserved spots?
jvick... alright, i dont know how to say this any other way... but seriously man. learn to read.

we are all laughing at you.

No wonder he parked behind you, he probably got tired of you taking his spot for the last month, and probably has the same reasoning you have for parking in that spot (close to the door, etc).

I don't blame him, but I probably wouldn't have been that much of an ******* and would have just parked in the spot next to you.

your lack of reading comprehension and critical thinking is stunning. how, and maybe more importantly, why, would someone get a reserved spot if they were not a tenant?

it still sounds like she only wrongfully physically confined your car.....not you. As it was said above, you could have walked where you needed to go. She infringed on none of your rights...however you twist the words of the law

"walking is not a right, it biomechanical action that is not mentioned in the preamble, constitution, or bill of rights. however, preventing someone from walking out a door by force (such as moving a 4000lb object into their path?) violates their freedom of movement and is thus illegal." - me

to demonstrate how retarded you are, i will pay you $500 to walk from from this office in rancho to my house in natomas, then look me strait in the face and honestly say "she did not inhibit your freedom of movement."

im not kidding. $500 bucks to walk from here to my house, then tell me that my movement was not inhibited.

im serious. do it. i will put $500 in your hand, **** ill throw in a copy of rock band too.

So when you buy a house, Irrational, and I park in your drive way and you park behind me to block me in. Would you honestly think that I could legally have you towed for "infringing on my right to move"?

Not across, just normal, but then you park behind me.
