So what is your job at the apartment complexe? I'm surprised they don't have Employee Parking spots.
I don't understand how the tresspassing tort applies to the Lexus owner.

No wonder he parked behind you, he probably got tired of you taking his spot for the last month, and probably has the same reasoning you have for parking in that spot (close to the door, etc).

to bad that all the times ive parked there before shes never showed up, and i take allot of breaks on sundays so i would see her in there. even better, during the week she comes in at 9 and leaves by 2....

So when you buy a house, Irrational, and I park in your drive way and you park behind me to block me in. Would you honestly think that I could legally have you towed for "infringing on my right to move"?
Dude, if anyone parked across my driveway, you better believe I will have their *** towed in a heartbeat.
