Just thought I'd share

Ever since we sold the BHD in Elk Grove it's gone downhill. I really hate to say it as I wished success for the new owners. It's just real gloom in there now. Anyone else been in there recently?

So here's what i've been doing since I got out of home loans and the BHD. I even let my sales license expire:

Been cooking here and there most my life but decided to get back into it seriously in 2004. I've been so damn busy trying to make a name for myself I haven't been able to finish the other knives I have in the works.

Shame he didn't like the cut of pork. The overall set-up of that dish is one of my signatures. I have recently switched it to a premium Niman Berkshire chop. On the bright side I did help get the restaurant another 1/2 star

That's great....I was concerned not seeing you around here much.

The only major letdown was the smoked and grilled bone-in center-cut pork chop, so dense and tough not even the juiciness, earthiness and sweetness of its preserve of black figs and onion could salvage it
I'll bet you that ****er never ate an MRE Pork Patty.

Glad to hear it's going well, Eric. I know you're busy, but you're making a name for yourself and that's awesome.
