someone's been tagged!

i did that phone in thing for a guy swerving off WB50 from Pville to Folsom...
the disbatch stayed online until he was stopped...
they had a couple marked cars waiting for him on either side of the freeway by the time I got to Prarie City...but it took them forever to respond...must have been short units in ElDo county.
i didn't do the citizen's arrest thing cuz i didn't know...
only reason i would have would have been to be nosey & find out how high the guy really was.

i followed this guy best I could...he swerved off the freeway 5-6 times, spun out 3 times and tried to board the EB lanes going WB in cameron park after he lost it in the center divide...
i watched as cars darted out of the #1 EB lane as he cruised along the sholder on the rumble strip...then he gunned it and got back on the WB side...

i would have fully done the cit arrest thing if i would have known about it. i watched the whole thing and was on the phone w/ the 911 opperator giving them a play by play the entire time.
i'm sure it must have been between shifts because i didn't see a marked car the entire trip until P City exit where they were posted on both sides ready to knab him as he came down.
guy should have flipped or wrecked but somehow he managed to keep on driving.

it was crazy to see him spin or competely loose it in the center divide then just hit the gas and get back on the freeway...

i lost a friend to someone who was high and drove over his car head on...
i don't take that stuff lightly!

 

 

for a half decent drooling drunk **** she sure is as dumb as she acts...

45 days in county for street racing? Wow she must have gotten mad respect for her criminal enterprisin skills...
