Jogging near South Sac/Elk Grove?
I know you guys are a bunch of people who would rather drive than jog, but I'm lookin' to get in shape and wanted some running buddies for the weekend. Any of you guys jog 3-4 miles on the weekend?
Not at 24hr either cause its a lot damn cheaper to run around a neighborhood or a park or something.

I used to put down 10-12miles a day back in HS when I lived in Galt. Practically ran 3/4 of the way to Rancho Seco and back every morning. Once I got out of the Army and lived with my Mom for a few months I usually did 6 every morning up Calvine, turned left on Excelsior, left again on Gerber, then back to her house on Vineyard. Nice little loop if you're looking for a good place to run. There's a lot of parking space along Vineyard.
There's no chance I could run 100yrds now without dying let alone have a weekend to find out. I would like to get back into that shape someday.
