has anyone else noticed that there's a crap load of people driving around with their high beams on lately?
okay, i know, that's not really a surprise in Sac, but still. i seem to be seeing that **** a lot more lately than i ever did before. makes me want to get my 550 driving lights all set up so i can flash people with 'em.
