Not that far off from the iphone 3g actually. For some reason, it does look a lot bigger though.
Also, I really like this phone. I hope it comes to Sprint, so I don't pull a GT35 and go buy an ipwn.

Yeah Gizmodo has some good reviews, it looks like a pretty solid device, but has some downfalls right off the bat (not unlike when the iPhone was first released):

I'm just hoping the T-mob exclusivity isn't that long.

I'm guessing even though it will be "locked" to T-Mo, this won't last more than a few days after developers get their hands on it, and it will be unlocked for AT&T.

Video: There's no video playback at all right now
Miscellaneous: You've gotta have an SD card for any kind of music or video playback, once the latter arrives—there's no internal storage for media playback
Finally, it's locked to T-Mobile.
Yeah, device is sim locked to t-mobile
but, they said they have no problems with people buying the non-contract version for $400 (IIRC) and unlocking it after 90 days.

Since their appstore doesn't have any controls on it too, there is sure to be an unlocking app on it soon.

T-Mobile Restricting 3G Data Usage to 1GB a Month Without Penalty
http://gizmodo.com/5053832/t+mobile-...ithout-penalty
I wonder if this cap applies to people who may or may not be using an unlocked 1st gen iPhone with the $5.99 unlimited data TZones hack on T-Mobile?

Just picked up the new David Gilmour live concert box set. This could quite possibly be the last time the late Richard Wright (RIP) of Pink Floyd fame was recorded in a live concert setting before his death overshadowed that of a an imaginary father of five who was killed in an imaginary car accident.
Almost as much as my wife informing me that her knee pain may be a tumor.
