are you really trying to pawn that bucket off to some poor schmuck as "stock" and "under warranty"? any service manager or SOA rep would just have to spend about 30 seconds on this site searching your threads and would have more than enough grounds to deny almost any powertrain related warranty claim made.

if by the car having less than 12,000 miles you mean that it is still within the warranty period, then yes, it's probably still within the warranty period depending on when you bought it.

i really don't give a flying **** how you advertise the car, what you sell it for, what you did to it, who buys it, what condition it's in. i just find it a little humorous that the #2 internet detective on here is making some questionable claims.
